You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand. Here’s just some of what you’ll do in this role: ・Develop strong and positive relationships with designated hiring managers working closely with your Manager (and relevant Client and CEG contacts) ・Become a key contact point for designated hiring managers on any recruitment and sourcing queries that arise. Identify and escalate queries or issues that require Manager or Director involvement. ・Provide professional advice and feedback to candidates according to recruitment best practice, as part of the recruitment process or when dealing with candidate enquiries. ・Manage or assist with development and implementation of candidate You’ll be responsible for a wide range of communication regarding the recruitment process, such as regular meetings and contact, risk or compliance issues, providing the best role for the candidate, providing open and honest feedback, posting newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, and assisting with development and ongoing population of pre-qualified candidate talent pools. In order to create the best matching, sound understanding of designated hiring manager’s business area, full understanding of the recruitment delivery process, recruitment trends, market intelligence insights and provide pro-active recruitment guidance to drive future recruitment activity.
